Enweb Calendar
Enweb Calendar Terms
These terms cover your use of Enweb Calendar to offer, book, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Enweb Technologies Ltd. operates the scheduling service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and appointment hosts
Host accounts are provided by Enweb. Keep your sign-in details private, use an account you are authorized to use, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their public profile, availability, appointment descriptions, meeting locations, and booking questions. Hosts should request only information needed for the appointment and must have permission to use any calendar they connect.
The host is responsible for providing the appointment or service described on their booking page. Please contact the host about the appointment itself, attendance, or a change that cannot be made through the available booking-management links.
Making and managing a booking
Provide accurate contact details and check the date, time zone, and meeting location before confirming. Use reschedule and cancellation options responsibly. Treat booking-management links as private because they can allow changes to an appointment.
Booking, rescheduling, or cancelling can send transactional emails and create, update, or remove an event in the host's connected calendar. Changes may take time to appear in other email or calendar applications. Contact the host if a confirmation or calendar event does not match your intended booking.
Calendar connections and other services
A host chooses whether to authorize Google or Microsoft calendar access through the provider's permission screen. This is separate from accepting these terms. Calendar connections depend on the provider's availability, permissions, and the host's settings, and may require reconnection.
You remain responsible for following the terms that apply to your own Google, Microsoft, email, or meeting-service account. Disconnecting a calendar from Enweb Calendar does not necessarily revoke the provider's permission grant, delete existing appointments or provider events, or remove emails already sent. The Calendar Privacy Notice explains the relevant controls and requests.
Respectful and authorized use
Do not use Enweb Calendar to impersonate another person, send spam, submit unlawful or abusive content, access someone else's account or private booking information, or disrupt the service. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information into booking answers.
Enweb may restrict access when reasonably needed to address misuse, a security problem, or a legal obligation. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error. Such a restriction does not remove your ability to contact us about your information.
Privacy, support, and changes
The Calendar Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information and how to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion. These terms do not authorize unrelated uses of your calendar information.
For help with the scheduling service, contact contact@enweb.ca. For changes to these terms, we will update the published version and its effective date. We will bring a material change affecting existing users to their attention before it takes effect. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
